Champions of the Ural Federal District Sky Grace Tournament tell about their work on competition programs

Gymnasts from the Sverdlovsk Region became champions of the Ural Federal District Sky Grace Tournament Polina Priz, who took first place in the all-around among gymnasts born in 2012-2013, shared how she prepared for the competition.

"We worked very hard, worked on all our programs," she said.

Rope champion Maya Furman shared what has been added to their programs.

"We added one combination into each exercise," Maya said.

Also, the gymnasts’ coach Dina Koryukova explained how the exercises were changed according to the Sky Grace rules.

"We tried to add decorations so that the compositions would become much more beautiful, more attractive, and you would want to look at them. That is, these are decorations, so to speak, of a kind. We added some moments that really are worth more in these rules. For example, like throwing a rope while jumping and so on. We will complicate it, add artistry, so that it looks even more colorful," she said.

The interregional sports competition Ural Federal District Sky Grace Tournament was held in Yekaterinburg on February 17 and 18.
