Sky Grace Tournament champions of the Central Federal District in group exercises speak about their preparation for the start

At the Sky Grace Tournament in the Central Federal District, the champions in group exercises were the gymnasts of the Ariel team gymnasts from the Ivanovo region Alisa Blinova, Nana Tarieladze, Sofia Bashkurova, Emilia Blinova and Ulyana Romashina. Their coaches are Oksana Shnabel and Alina Rybakova.

The athletes spoke about their preparation for the tournament.

"We worked very hard. A senior coach worked with us so that everything would be artistic, logical and confident. We are very grateful to our coaches for working with us, believing in us, supporting us. We are very grateful to Alina Kabaeva for such an opportunity to perform according to the Sky Grace rules, which gives each gymnast the opportunity to open up and show her talents. We changed the programs according to the new rules, we took more risks, complicated the throws, added movements to make it artistic, made expensive collaborations, learned new throws, and became more complicated."

The gymnasts also shared their goals for the All-Russian competition.

"We will work even more on the artistry, we will work even more on the complexity. We have already been to the Academy, it is very cozy, very friendly. We liked everything very much, very beautiful large halls and a beautiful platform and decoration," they said.
