“I’m incredibly glad that my gymnast trains in such a wonderful hall!” Natalya Belugina talks about preparations for the BRICS Games
Coach Natalya Belugina shares the preparation details of the training done bh Asel Arapova from Kyrgyzstan for the upcoming BRICS Games in Kazan.
“The preparations are intensive and very diligent. We focus more on the objects. Asel’s work is fairly clean, when it comes to the elements and does very difficult things. And the emphasis was more on some new things with the object,” she said.
She shared how Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva’s participation helped improve the gymnast’s program.
“There were various notes, we corrected them all. Well, the main thing we had was that we liked the ball, the music and the exercise more, the new one. And we are making a new ball now. I have been working with Alina Kabaeva for a long time as a festival director. And I am incredibly glad that my gymnast trains in a wonderful gym like this and performs with such a wonderful team. And the fact that we are here at all, training here, communicating with people like that,” she added.
At the BRICS Games, Asel Arapova will represent the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association in the junior program.
