Arina Tkachuk told how she performed during the All-Russian Formula of Victory competitions

Arina Tkachuk from the Krasnodar Region, the silver medalist in the all-around among master of sports at the all-Russian Formula of Victory competition, told how she performed during the tournament.

 "I feel great. The support warms me up. It’s an incredible emotion when you go out and the crowd explodes. I can’t say that there’s more responsibility, because this is like a test run for us before the second stage of the Cup of the Strongest, which will take place here in a week. We try out programs, we change something here and there, we see if it’s good or bad, the judges tell us what counts and what doesn’t."

She also shared her plans for the future.

"Now we'll go home for a week. I plan to recover there, improve my health a little, so that everything will be fine for the second stage."

The gymnast answered how she manages to combine studies and big-time sports.

"Bachelor's, master's degree — it was much easier. I studied in my hometown, I went to school, we sort of adjusted training to my study schedule, somewhere adjusted studying to training. Now I study in St. Petersburg and it is much more difficult, I have to fly several times a year, pass as many tests as possible. Always very tight deadlines. I try very hard."
