Alisa Stamat from Moscow performs at the first stage of the Cup of the Strongest under the quota of the Sky Grace International Association.
The gymnast is the winner of the 2023 Russian Championship in the team event, prize winner of the Crystal Rose international competition. Her coaches are Aziza Raupova and Margarita Martynova.
Alisa talked about returning to the carpet after recovery and her idol:
"This stage of the Cup of the Strongest was my first competition after my recovery. I really missed competing and want to show my best. Yana Kudryavtseva is a gymnast who inspires me. She literally floated above the floor, but behind that ease lay a tremendous amount of work."
