"Emphasis on uniqueness of rhythmic gymnastics!" Director Eldar Saifutdinov speaking about the Sky Grace Cup!

Director of the all-Russian Sky Grace Cup competition Eldar Saifutdinov told us, what had inspired him during preparation for the tournament.

"I’m doing general directing at these competitions. And are there any differences? Every time we try to emphasize the main essence of these competitions. These are the new Sky Grace rules. We found an interview with Alina Maratovna dated 2016. Eight years have passed. There was no Association yet, but there was already an idea that rules were needed that would promote the development of the sport, and not stagnation or degradation."

The professional also named the distinctive feature of competitions under the Sky Grace International Association rules.

"There is more rhythmic gymnastics here. Because it is required of them. They expect it, they understand that it is valuable. And for me, as an inexperienced spectator in comparison to judges, this is much more interesting to watch. An emphasis is added here on the uniqueness of rhythmic gymnastics, namely on the artistry of this sport."

The all-Russian Sky Grace Cup rhythmic gymnastics competition is being held in the Academy from April 10 to 14.
