Absolute champion of the Moscow championship in artistic gymnastics Miya Lukyanova talks about the training camp in Valdai

Absolute champion of the Moscow championship in artistic gymnastics Miya Lukyanova came to the Christmas training camp together with M. Voronin Dynamo Moscow gymnastics club.

The athlete talked about the daily routine in Valdai.

"We always do a warm-up first and start going through the equipment. Then we go to dinner and to the second training session. Now we are still doing our program. Sometimes we do ten combinations on parallel bars. We dance our voluntary and mandatory dance. We do                                                                                                                                     combinations on the beam," Miya said.      

The training camp was organized by the founders of the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
