"Here we can share our inner world with the audience." Olympic champion Liliya Akhaimova on the Alina-2025 festival

Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Liliya Akhaimova told why it is important for her to participate in the Alina-2025 festival. 

"It's a pleasure to be at this festival. It's great that we can perform together, synchronize. And I think it turns out very beautifully. I finished my athletic career, became a mom. And now, when I have the opportunity to be in this atmosphere again, to feel this holiday. I say, I even get goosebumps, because our everything is to perform, to show what we can do, to set an example. And I love the show very much, because here we can share our inner world with the audience, tell some story through gymnastics," Liliya said.

She noted that this is not the first time she has performed together with famous athletes: 

"There are Olympic champions, world champions in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics in our performance. We often perform together at other shows. So this is not the first time for us, and we work together very well," she said.

Liliya Akhaimova took part in the Heroes of Sports performance.
