"I understand the full responsibility." Milana Parfilova from Kazakhstan talks about participation in the Alina festival

Asian Champion, bronze medalist of the Asian Games Milana Parfilova from Kazakhstan shared her impressions of participating in the Alina-2025 festival.

"This is my second time participating. The first time was in 2018. I was 11 years old. And now I am at a more conscious age and understand the full responsibility of this festival. And I want to present myself well, to represent my country. It is very easy for us to work as a team, because we all know each other, we all communicate with each other. We keep in touch, even when we are not together," Milana said.

She told the story of the Window performance.

"We dance about the heroine Anne Frank. When there was a war, she hid with her family. And they looked through a small window, and she imagined what she would do if there was no war. And we dance about this. We tell her story. It is quite tragic, and in the end she died," she said.

Milana Parfilova participated in the Window performance with  Natalia Usova from Uzbekistan, Nicole Leuta from Belarus, Leyli Aghazade from Azerbaijan and Milena Shchenyatskaya from Russia.
