It’s very nice that the festival will be held in Minsk for the first time. This is very exciting for us, because this has never happened in our hometown, in our home country. I think that this is some kind of new level, that the festival is taking place in as many as two cities."</blockquote>The gymnast noted that the festival units athletes from different countries.<blockquote>"Of course, the festival unites. Gymnasts from different countries, little girls getting to know each other. Of course, this unites everything. You can feel the atmosphere of friendship and support, because you want to do something beautiful together so that everyone will like it."</blockquote>The Alina 2024 Festival was held on March 2 in the Academy in Sochi and it will take place on March 5 at the Minsk Arena in Belarus.&nbsp;

We watched a lot on TV, but these are completely different emotions. At the international Winter Queen Cup tournament in Spain, the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association gymnast Karolina Tarasova became the all-around champion among gymnasts born in 2010-2011. She also won two gold (hoop, clubs) and two silver (ball, ribbon) medals in individual events.After the end of the competition, the athlete shared her impressions of the performance in Playa de Aro.&nbsp;<blockquote>"This is my first tournament of the season, after the holidays. I really enjoyed performing here. The girls from different countries were rooting here.&nbsp; The hall is very good and the atmosphere," Karolina said.</blockquote>The gymnast also talked about the preparation that helped her achieve this result.&nbsp;<blockquote>"We had the training camp in Valdai. We went there to prepare for this event. Evgeniya Eliseeva helped us. We had a plan. At first we recovered after the holiday, gradually doing parts under new rules. Then we composed clean run-throughs, three run-throughs at once. We practiced risks, three out of three. The preparation was good and challenging.&nbsp; Alina Kabaeva taught us that if you feel anxious, then work more and more, so that you do not pay attention to your anxiety but simply do your work," she said.&nbsp;</blockquote>Karolina prepared for the start under the guidance of Academy coach Evgenia Eliseeva.
