"It was a creative laboratory." Choreographer Evgeny Prisyazhny on working on the Alina-2025 festival

Choreographer Evgeniy Prisyazhny told how the large-scale Avengers performance was created for the Alina-2025 festival, and noted the work of everyone who took part.
"There are some features, certainly, in working with rhythmic gymnastics, the particular characteristics. Nevertheless, we have adapted rather quickly because we had an excellent team represented by Natalia Belugina, boys and girls of the TODES ballet under guidance of Alla Dukhova, and Andrei Brykanov, who is the TODES ballet choreographer. We made such an excellent routine by collaborative efforts, as I believe," Evgeniy said.
He emphasized that a joint focus on results played an important role in the work.
"This was a kind of a creative laboratory. The most important aspect is to be able to make concessions to each other, to be able to listen and to hear, which is the most important. I think that we were lucky with the team in a certain sense, because everyone is sufficiently creative people, nobody hogged the covers, and everybody worked for a single result.Everything appears very organic, very balanced. All the routines are gorgeous irrespective of the sentiment, whether it is a kind of an aggressive routine or a lyrical one or a philosophical one. Everything is very, very beautiful, conceptual, and sophisticated," he said.
The festival took place on April 18 at the Martial Arts Academy in Sirius and was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
