The Belarusian national judo team came to the Academy of martial arts to prepare for the Grand Slam tournament, which will be held in Tbilisi from March 21 to 23.Senior coach of the national team Alexander Kotlovsky spoke in detail about how the training process will take place in Sirius.<blockquote>"This is our third time at the Martial Arts Academy, specifically at Sirius. We must give credit where it's due, to the base. This base is one of the best, I am not afraid to say this, in the world: 12 floating tatami, a gym for general physical training — no questions. At the Alina Kabaeva Champions Cup Grand Prix, Sofia Ilteriakova was awarded a certificate "For Artistry" from the Alina Kabaeva Charitable Foundation.And on the final day of the competition, she won gold medals in the finals of individual events with ball and ribbon in the junior program.The gymnast spoke about the images in the programs and preparation for the start.<blockquote>"The hall here is very dear to us, because we perform here very often. The atmosphere here is also very good, everyone offers support. I am grateful that I am performing here. A very important competition. And we had to not let down the country, our entire team, the coaches, the choreographers. Not let anyone down. We prepared for two training sessions. We also had a separate training session where we worked on all our risks and throws. We worked on the tracks because it is highly valued now. Artistry is the most important thing in the exercise. I had a dance with sabres. I was a little serious and also a little cheerful. And my ribbon was also fiery. I enjoyed the performances.
