Training program
Agility, strength and endurance alone are not enough for gymnastics — you need excellent coordination, a sense of rhythm and music, and expressive movements. The training strengthens willpower, while teamwork teaches children communication and instills discipline.
All kids are talented! Regardless of the circumstances, each child has unique abilities that need to be identified and supported on time.
«The best thing that can and should be taught to the young generation is the ability to believe in yourself, hard work and overcoming obstacles. All our efforts should be aimed at providing opportunities for novice athletes to prove themselves»
Training sessions at the Academy take part under the guidance of both Russian and world sports stars.
Gymnastics give girls an athletic figure, grace and stately posture. Gymnastics gives boys athleticism and endurance.
At the same time, gymnastics promotes comprehensive physical and intellectual development. Within the walls of the Academy there is an opportunity not only to be involved in sports, but to also develop mentally.
