Training sessions are up and running for gymnasts from the DPR working on group exercises at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
After the first training session, the athletes talked about their plans.
“Our team came from Donetsk with group exercises to prepare for the district championship in Elista. We plan to try to perform well in the candidates for master of sports program,” they said.
The gymnasts also thanked Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva for the invitation to the training camp.
“The hall is very comfortable and big. There are high ceilings here. Very good flooring, comfortable. We want to thank Alina Kabaeva for the opportunity to attend this training camp. Thank you very much to Alina Kabaeva!,” they said.
The training camp for gymnasts from the DPR will run at the Academy until January 15.
