The training camp will be held at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy in Sochi, October 9-13.
The training camp will be headed by the Olympic bronze medalist, Russia’s Honored Coach Irina Dzyuba. The team of specialists will also include coaches Marina Specht, Anna Ustsova, Zlata Tulubaeva, Olga Frolova, Olesya Kovaleva, Evgenia Eliseeva, Olga Stryuchkova-Prut, Elizaveta Chernova, choreographers Ekaterina Belova and Elena Egorova and sports psychologist Irina Kozyr.
The training program includes 2-3 hour training sessions per day, during which gymnasts will engage in choreography, object, dance and special physical training, as well as general physical training and working out and adjusting programs. In addition, gymnasts will be able to attend psychological training and discussions, and swim in the pool.
Gymnasts from regional children's sports schools and clubs, born in 2017 and older are invited to the training camp.
